- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive global training programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Lead the creation of managerial, leadership, onboarding, and functional programs (HR, Finance, etc.) to enhance employee skills and capabilities across the organization.
- Utilize advanced pedagogical approaches to ensure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, HR, and department heads, to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Oversee the large-scale deployment of learning programs, ensuring consistency and quality across various regions and functions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the organization's programs remain innovative.
- Provide coaching and support to HR and functional teams in the implementation of learning initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on global program development and implementation.
- Proven expertise in pedagogical approaches and adult learning principles.
- Demonstrated experience in learning and development and capacity building.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex programs and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Experience working in a global environment with diverse functions and geographies.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and evaluate the impact of training programs.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, focusing on global program development and implementation.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
