1. Lead development projects for animations, new products, and redesigns by defining project objectives, coordinating resources, and managing timelines.
2. Oversee double-sourcing projects, analyzing product portfolios, and optimizing cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
3. Manage make-to-order and special order requests, ensuring close collaboration with supply chain and merchandising teams.
4. Facilitate project team alignment with objectives, coordinating with departments such as Marketing, Design, and Quality.
5. Maintain product information in the PLM system, ensuring annual updates and technical documentation.
6. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance indicators, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to standards.

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Quality Engineering.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in product project management, preferably in a similar environment.

Minimum of 5 years in product project management, ideally within a similar industry.
