- Lead development projects for animations, new products, and redesigns by defining project objectives, coordinating resources, and managing timelines.
- Oversee double-sourcing projects, analyzing product portfolios, and optimizing cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Manage make-to-order and special order requests, ensuring close collaboration with supply chain and merchandising teams.
- Facilitate project team alignment with objectives, coordinating with departments such as Marketing, Design, and Quality.
- Maintain product information in the PLM system, ensuring annual updates and technical documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance indicators, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Quality Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in product project management, preferably in a similar environment.
- Strong organizational and methodological skills.
- Technical precision and understanding.
- Strong product sensibility and interest in the jewelry sector.
- Adaptability and agility.
- Teamwork and leadership capabilities.
- Proactive and autonomous work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English; Italian is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in product project management, ideally within a similar industry.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Quality Engineering.
