- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate talent through learning initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with the regional Talent Manager to ensure a robust talent succession pipeline.
- Establish and manage a compensation and benefits program aligned with the organization's talent strategy.
- Lead the submission of Salary & Benefits Surveys to enhance rewards and benefits programs.
- Partner with the regional Compensation & Benefits team to ensure competitive incentive schemes.
- Advise business leaders on HR policies and processes to promote engagement and development.
- Oversee the execution of the annual performance management process and follow through on developmental discussions.
- Facilitate the resolution of employee relations issues in partnership with business leaders and legal counsels.
- Contribute to corporate HR initiatives such as employer branding and HRIS development.
- Analyze people metrics to derive HR insights and implement action plans.
- Ensure accurate monthly headcount and payroll cost reporting, collaborating with finance and regional teams.
- Review and implement HR processes and policies to support workforce engagement.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR business partnering team.
- University degree in Human Resources Management or Business.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Commercial acumen to translate business goals into HR strategies.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within an international and fast-paced business environment.
