- Lead HR initiatives to transform culture, coaching leaders to foster accountability, resilience, and inclusive behaviors within a sales-driven luxury environment.
- Translate global people strategies into practical, scalable solutions, utilizing people analytics to inform decisions and champion luxury brand values.
- Support Client Services population with day-to-day inquiries, leveraging partners to address inquiries such as leave of absence and workplace accommodation requests, worker’s compensation claims, unemployment claims, benefits & compensation, payroll inquiries, and any other HR-related topics.
- Analyze engagement data to identify trends, developing targeted action plans that enhance employee satisfaction, collaboration, and productivity across departments.
- Deliver annual campaigns, including performance, compensation, and organizational reviews to support strategic workforce planning.
- Identify critical developmental needs, implementing tailored training plans to foster talent growth and career advancement for all employees.
- Cultivate an inclusive culture through DEI and CSR initiatives, ensuring equitable access to development opportunities.
- Lead succession planning for pivotal roles, facilitating leadership development and collaborating on talent identification, acceleration, and comprehensive new hire onboarding.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and reports, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local employment laws, and Louis Vuitton policies.
- Partner with regional Employee Relations and Legal to conduct thorough investigations, providing decisive guidance on corrective actions and performance management.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a transferable industry.
- Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition, management, and development.
- Familiarity with local employee and labor relations laws, regulations, and practices.
- Experience in developing and delivering training.
- Ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Elevated communication skills.
- Strong presentation abilities.
- Ability to work both tactically and strategically.
- Ability to maintain composure and provide insight to foster trust and support development.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
