1. Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including risk assessment and safety measures.
2. Continuously monitor workplace health and safety conditions, ensuring adherence to policies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
3. Ensure company compliance with all current health, safety, and environmental regulations, managing relationships with authorities and certification bodies.
4. Provide ongoing training to employees on safe practices and environmental procedures, and offer strategic advice to management to enhance HSE performance.
5. Prepare for and manage emergency situations related to safety and the environment, coordinating immediate responses to minimize risks.
6. Coordinate local Health, Safety & Environment teams to ensure the effective implementation of group initiatives, aligning with corporate standards and disseminating best practices.
7. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor HSE performance and report progress and challenges to senior management.
8. Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, influencing positive attitudes and behaviors towards safety and the environment.

1. Master's degree in a scientific discipline
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing environments
3. In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, management systems (ISO 45001, 14001), risk analysis, PPE management, safety procedures (POS), specific software, chemistry, and ergonomics

1. Proficiency in production processes
2. Willingness to travel frequently
3. Flexibility and ability to interface with various internal and external stakeholders
4. Attention to detail
5. Strong command of IT tools, particularly Excel
6. Good command of English (B2 level); French is a plus

At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing settings, with a strong background in HSE management.
