Louis Vuitton Senior Financial Controller

- Validate and construct the Group's consolidated financial statements, optimizing closing processes and documentation.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial information for a specific region, acting as the primary contact for tools and procedures.
- Lead the financial community by preparing and continuously improving training modules for teams in France and abroad.
- Support the financial direction of Louis Vuitton in structuring and reflecting on transversal projects of the Maison or the Group.
- Develop and manage extra-financial reporting as required by the Group and internal direction.
- Enhance understanding and analysis of financial statements, including margin analysis and return treatments.
- Promote and develop training programs, including e-learning and gamification, and ensure the creation of new training content.
- Participate in and reflect on 'green' reporting initiatives such as Taxonomy.
- Upgrade IFRS16 impact calculation tools, reconcile Nakisa calculations, improve SyRUS/Nakisa controls, support regions/countries, maintain analysis reports, and implement analysis flash reports.
- Create and maintain IS reports used by the financial community.
- Collaborate on the Phoenix project by conducting tests and leading the overhaul of the Group tool.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with a specialization in Finance, Audit, or Management Control.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit or similar functions within a large group.
- Expertise in consolidation, management control, financial analysis, international accounting standards, extra-financial reporting, and project management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and intermediate skills in Power BI, with knowledge of Magnitude and general information systems.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and initiative skills, with a high level of rigor, reliability, and teamwork spirit.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with a specialization in Finance, Audit, or Management Control.
