- Repair and restore Louis Vuitton products, including handbags, small leather goods, luggage, and trunks, in accordance with the Maison’s exacting quality specifications.
- Deliver precise, qualitative craftsmanship within established timeframes, ensuring each piece reflects the highest standards of the brand.
- Work across techniques including sewing, painting, cutting, and finishing, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Operate manual tools and specialised equipment safely and skillfully.
- Conduct quality checks to verify that all repairs meet Louis Vuitton standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe atelier environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Care Services and Logistics teams to ensure seamless repair operations, including intake, tracking, and client communication.
- Uphold all company procedures and safety guidelines, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Proven technical experience, ideally within leather goods manufacturing or repair.
- Skilled in handcraft techniques; experience sewing on leather and canvas is highly regarded.
- Deep appreciation for quality, detail, and craftsmanship.
- A client-centric mindset, understanding that each piece represents a personal connection to our Maison.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a repair project from start to finish with autonomy and care.
- Proficient in basic IT tools, including Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
