5. Identify discrepancies in sectors/lines and perform quantitative analysis using standard continuous improvement tools.
6. Develop methods and tools such as agile lines, 5S, and Kaizen within a team that values individual initiatives.

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in lean manufacturing and its tools.
3. Background in industrial production engineering and continuous improvement.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar position is required.

Degree in industrial production engineering or a related field.
