1. Develop and execute client relations strategies to ensure exceptional service and foster long-term client loyalty.
2. Co-create regional strategies for driving exceptional product categories, tailored by store.
3. Propose results-oriented actions and play a key role in in-store client-focused animations.
4. Partner with Stores Client Development and Top Sellers to create innovative and impactful action plans.
5. Deliver client interactions in line with the Louis Vuitton promise to drive brand loyalty.

2. Proven track record in world-class customer service.
3. Fluency in best practices within Client Relations, including direct clienteling and high-level hosting.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Salary range of USD $145,000 - $160,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
