Louis Vuitton Senior Client Development Manager

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Very Important Clients (VIC), ensuring an exceptional luxury experience.
- Design and implement VIC programs and future activations, collaborating closely with stores to enhance the customer lifecycle experience.
- Plan and execute client events, including vendor sourcing, setup, facilitation, and dismantling, both locally and internationally.
- Create a yearly vision and strategy for client presentations, setting clear client and KPI targets, and analyzing data for insights.
- Monitor and manage budgetary spending for client presentations within the store network, ensuring accountability.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of client presentations, sharing post-evaluation insights and best practices across the country network.
- Implement strategies for VIC salons, identifying and proposing partnership event formats to recruit high-potential clients.
- Develop strategies to recruit and nurture VICs, from identifying high-potential walk-ins to forming strategic partnerships.
- Establish annual planning and tracking operations for VIC management across the zone.
- Develop a network of in-store clienteling correspondents to recruit, develop, and retain high-end clients.
- Monitor the usage and development of clienteling tools in stores to support client engagement efforts.
- Establish operational procedures for managing the VIC salon, optimizing activities and salon design.
- Educate and share clienteling best practices throughout the network, ensuring data collection targets are met in-store.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in client development or a related field.
- Customer-focused with strategic business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent planning and organization skills, with a drive to meet deadlines and control budgets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Personable with high curiosity, initiative, and a positive service attitude.
- Team player.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in client development or a related field is required.
