4. Collaborate with international teams to maximize the impact of client events.
5. Establish and monitor annual strategies for client presentations, setting clear KPIs and analyzing data.
6. Oversee budget management for client presentations within the store network.
7. Develop strategies for recruiting and nurturing high-potential clients, including strategic partnerships.
8. Implement and manage clienteling operations across the store network, optimizing VIC salon activities and design.
9. Educate and share clienteling best practices throughout the network.
10. Ensure in-store operations meet data collection targets.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client development or a related field.
2. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
3. Proven track record in strategic business planning and execution.
