1. Plan and execute client events, including vendor sourcing, setup, facilitation, and dismantling.
2. Collaborate on international client events to maximize outcomes.
3. Develop annual strategies for client presentations with clear KPI targets.
4. Monitor and manage budget spending for client presentations within the store network.
5. Evaluate and share post-event analyses and best practices.
6. Implement strategies for VIC salons and propose partnership event formats.
7. Recruit and nurture high-potential clients through strategic partnerships.
8. Establish annual planning and tracking operations for VIC management.
9. Develop a network of in-store clienteling correspondents to recruit and retain high-end clients.
10. Monitor and support the use of clienteling tools in stores.
11. Establish procedures for managing VIC salons and optimize activities and design.
12. Educate and share clienteling best practices throughout the network.
13. Ensure data collection targets are met in-store.
