- Develop and maintain key relationships with Very Important Clients (VIC) to deliver an exceptional luxury experience.
- Design and implement VIC programs and activations, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Collaborate closely with store teams to enhance the customer lifecycle experience.
- Plan and execute client events, including vendor sourcing, on-site setup, and post-event evaluations.
- Develop a strategic vision for client presentations with clear KPI targets and data analysis.
- Monitor and manage budget spending for client presentations within the store network.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of client presentations and share best practices across the network.
- Develop strategies to recruit and nurture high-potential clients through strategic partnerships.
- Establish and track operations for VIC management across the region.
- Develop a network of in-store clienteling correspondents to recruit and retain high-end clients.
- Monitor the usage of clienteling tools in stores to support client development efforts.
- Establish operational procedures for managing the VIC Salon, optimizing activities and design.
- Educate and share clienteling best practices throughout the network.
- Ensure data collection targets are met in-store.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in client development or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Customer-focused with strategic business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and budget control.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a positive service attitude.
- Team player with a high level of curiosity and initiative.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in client development or a related field is required.
