- Lead the regional client development strategy, ensuring daily client engagement and achievement of qualitative and quantitative goals.
- Collaborate with Regional Vice President and cross-functional teams to connect client development results with sales growth and business outcomes.
- Coach and develop store managers to identify high-potential clients, achieve sales and clienteling targets, and strengthen client development capabilities.
- Support the adoption of omni-channel tools and strategies to enhance client experiences across all channels.
- Utilize client development analytics and field insights to inform strategy, advocate for market needs, and establish scalable best practices across the region.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client development or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving client engagement and sales growth.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

A minimum of 5 years in client development or a related field, with a proven track record of driving client engagement and sales growth.
Salary range of USD $150,000 - $160,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
