- Serve as an exemplary Client Advisor and role model, consistently delivering the Louis Vuitton experience to all clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives, supporting team members in reaching their sales goals.
- Enhance client experiences by advising on the brand and product categories, and developing long-term client relationships.
- Exhibit sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, utilizing available tools to expand the client base and build a personal client portfolio.
- Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
- Participate actively in team activities to contribute to the store's overall objectives.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, visual merchandising, client care service, and opening/closing duties.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to coach and develop a team of Client Advisors, integrating newcomers to align with business priorities.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of company policies, providing support to other Client Advisors as needed.
- Lead a product category or area of responsibility, acting as the store's point of reference.
- Collaborate with managers and teams to achieve targets for the designated area, ensuring all team members contribute.
- Liaise with the head office team, providing feedback on product performance, client information, market trends, and opportunities.
- Previous management or assistant-management experience in retail or a client-focused industry such as hospitality.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in an additional language, particularly Eastern European, is advantageous.
- Strong sales and service mindset with a passion for engaging with clients and teams on the floor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining high energy levels.
- Genuine passion for luxury fashion and a long-term interest in retail.
- Strong work ethic, ownership, and drive for results.
- Empathetic team player with excellent communication skills.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, provided there is a strong client service focus.
