1. Act as an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring every client is treated according to Louis Vuitton values.
2. Discover clients' needs and guide them across the Brand.
3. Serve as a role model to the team and support the Team Manager in operational duties.
4. Proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals.
5. Achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
6. Welcome every client and enhance their experience across all product categories.
7. Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills.
8. Develop the highest standards of Brand and product knowledge.
9. Participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
10. Assist Management in daily operations, including floor management and stock operations.
11. Support Managers in developing the team through mentoring and buddying activities.

1. Fluent in Italian and English
