1. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are treated in alignment with Louis Vuitton values.
2. Strive to understand clients' needs and guide them across the brand's offerings.
3. Act as a role model for the team and support the Team Manager in operational duties.
4. Proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team sales goals.
5. Achieve individual and team objectives, being accountable for sales results and supporting team sales.
6. Welcome clients and enhance their experience, advising across all product categories.
7. Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit clients.
8. Develop high standards of brand and product knowledge.
9. Participate in team activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
10. Assist management in daily operations, including floor management and stock operations.
11. Support managers in team development through mentoring and buddying activities.
12. Understand company policies and provide support to other Client Advisors.

1. Fluent in Italian and English
