1. Achieve sales and client engagement targets by collaborating with the CS management team to maximize sales and client acquisition through clienteling outreach, event attendance, and virtual studio collaboration.
2. Demonstrate leadership in sales and exceptional client service skills by leveraging digital tools to acquire new clients and build long-term relationships with existing ones.
3. Maintain and enhance client service quality by serving as a role model for the team, taking responsibility for personal interactions, and supporting the achievement of individual and team service goals.
4. Support store operations by acting as a supervisor for inbound call management and contributing to the operation of client services, ensuring adherence to LV quality standards.
5. Participate in relevant projects as needed, fulfilling the role of Senior Client Advisor.
