1. Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, ensuring each client receives an experience aligned with the brand's values.
2. Discover and fulfill the needs of clients, guiding them through the brand's offerings.
3. Act as a role model for the team, supporting the Team Manager in operational duties.
4. Proactively engage with clients to achieve individual and team sales goals.
5. Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit clients, fostering long-term relationships.
6. Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
7. Participate as a team player in all activities contributing to the store's objectives.
8. Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
9. Support managers in team development through mentoring and buddying activities.
10. Exhibit a thorough understanding of company policies and provide support to other Client Advisors.

1. Fluent in Italian and English

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
