1. Ensure back-of-house efficiency in line with brand standards.
2. Maintain stock inventory in perfect condition and organize stock rooms efficiently.
3. Manage delivery operations and replenish stock promptly and accurately.
4. Ensure product availability on the sales floor to enhance client experience.
5. Interact with Supply Chain and manage My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
6. Approach after-sales services as a client relationship opportunity and manage repair requests.
7. Assist management in daily operations, including floor management and stock operations.
8. Support the development of the team through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
9. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company policies and support other client advisors.
10. Participate in morning briefings and contribute to achieving store objectives.
11. Support client advisors in optimizing operations to meet client needs.
12. Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
13. Adhere to Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

2. Excellent client service and relationship management abilities.
3. Proficiency in managing delivery and inventory operations.

5. Comprehensive understanding of luxury retail operations.
