- Ensure back-of-house efficiency in line with brand standards.
- Maintain stock inventory in perfect condition and organize stock rooms efficiently.
- Manage delivery operations and replenish stock promptly and accurately.
- Ensure product availability on the sales floor to enhance client experience.
- Interact with Supply Chain and manage My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
- Approach after-sales services as a client relationship opportunity and manage repair requests.
- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management and stock operations.
- Support the development of the team through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company policies and support other client advisors.
- Participate in morning briefings and contribute to achieving store objectives.
- Support client advisors in optimizing operations to meet client needs.
- Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong organizational and stock management skills.
- Excellent client service and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in managing delivery and inventory operations.
- Ability to support and mentor team members.
- Comprehensive understanding of luxury retail operations.
