- Achieve individual and team sales objectives while being accountable for sales results.
- Enhance client experience and clienteling opportunities in-store, fostering a client-centric mindset within the team.
- Exhibit sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop existing and recruit new clients, building long-term relationships.
- Assist management in daily operations to achieve operational excellence, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Support managers in team development through training, mentoring, shadowing, and tutoring activities.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company policies and provide support to client advisors as needed.
- Participate as a team player in all activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong and effective communication and listening skills.
- High level of clienteling expertise.
- Excellent delivery of client experience.
- Understanding of business priorities and store dynamics.
- Strong organizational skills and agility.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail or a similar environment is required.
