1. Provide exemplary customer service and act as a role model for the team, achieving individual and team sales targets.
2. Warmly welcome all clients and continuously optimize the client experience through cross-category brand consultation.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership through advanced clienteling skills, utilizing available tools to maintain and build long-term client relationships, and develop a personal client portfolio.
4. Ensure the highest standards of brand and product knowledge are maintained.
5. Actively participate as a team player in all activities that contribute to achieving overall store goals.
6. Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in appearance, demeanor, and behavior.
7. Support the management team in daily operations, particularly in floor management, inventory, visual merchandising, client care service, and opening and closing duties.
8. Collaborate with the Team Manager to develop the Client Advisor team through coaching, feedback, performance management, and structured integration of new team members.
9. Assume responsibility for a product category or defined area, acting as the central point of contact in the store.
10. Work closely with managers, senior roles, and experts to ensure target achievement and active team contribution.
11. Serve as a liaison to the Head Office, providing insights and feedback on product performance, quality, client insights, local market conditions, competition, trends, and untapped potential.

1. Relevant experience at management or assistant management level in retail or another service-oriented industry with a strong customer focus, such as hospitality or gastronomy.
2. Fluent in German and English; additional relevant languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
