- Utilize the 'GREATER' selling approach in all customer interactions to enhance customer service and sales.
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Handle customer objections independently, adhering to company guidelines.
- Develop and strengthen customer relations to cultivate a repeat customer base.
- Conduct follow-up calls to VIP clients to introduce new product lines.
- Operate the Retail Management System effectively, including EOD/BOD and return procedures.
- Support the Team Manager in implementing sales transactions, payment, and security regulations.
- Assist in the completion of daily and weekly reports.
- Manage in-store cash operations, including petty cash.
- Assume decision-making responsibilities as Shift-on-Duty in the absence of the Team Manager, following Louis Vuitton standards.
- Mentor Client Advisors by exemplifying high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and selling skills.
- Apply company guidelines to coach sales associates as needed.
- Ensure merchandise is properly received, displayed, stored, and maintained.
- Undertake opening/closing duties, including inventory entry and reconciliation, in the absence of a Team Manager.
- Facilitate inter-store merchandise transfers according to company guidelines.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in window and in-store displays.
- Ensure a safe and clean store environment through daily housekeeping duties.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent product knowledge in Leather Goods, Shoes, Ready-to-Wear, or Watches and Jewelry.
- Strong coaching and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Computer literacy.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion industry is required.
