Louis Vuitton Senior Client Advisor

- Utilize the 'GREATER' selling approach in all customer interactions to enhance service and sales.
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Handle customer objections independently, adhering to company guidelines.
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, fostering a base of repeat clientele.
- Conduct follow-up calls to VIP clients to introduce new product lines.
- Operate the Retail Management System effectively, including EOD/BOD and return procedures.
- Support the Team Manager in implementing sales transactions, payment, and security regulations.
- Assist in the completion of daily and weekly reports.
- Manage in-store cash operations, including petty cash.
- Act as Shift-on-Duty in the absence of the Team Manager, following Louis Vuitton standards.
- Mentor Client Advisors by demonstrating exemplary customer service, product knowledge, and selling skills.
- Apply company guidelines in day-to-day coaching of sales associates.
- Assist in merchandise receipt, display, storage, and maintenance.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory entry and reconciliation.
- Manage inter-store merchandise transfers according to company guidelines.
- Ensure visual merchandising is maintained according to guidelines in window and in-store displays.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, implementing daily housekeeping duties.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in luxury fashion retail.
- Excellent product knowledge in at least one of the following: Leather goods, Shoes, Ready-to-wear, Watches, and Jewelry.
- Strong coaching and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Computer literacy.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury fashion retail industry is required.
