1. Utilize the 'GREATER' selling approach in all customer interactions to enhance service and sales.
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Handle customer objections independently, adhering to company guidelines.
4. Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, fostering a base of repeat clientele.
5. Conduct follow-up calls to VIP clients to introduce new product lines.
6. Operate the Retail Management System effectively, including EOD/BOD and return procedures.
7. Support the Team Manager in implementing sales transactions, payment, and security regulations.
8. Assist in the completion of daily and weekly reports.
9. Manage in-store cash operations, including petty cash.
10. Act as Shift-on-Duty in the absence of the Team Manager, following Louis Vuitton standards.
11. Mentor Client Advisors by demonstrating exemplary customer service, product knowledge, and selling skills.
12. Apply company guidelines in day-to-day coaching of sales associates.
13. Assist in merchandise receipt, display, storage, and maintenance.
14. Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory entry and reconciliation.
15. Manage inter-store merchandise transfers according to company guidelines.
16. Ensure visual merchandising is maintained according to guidelines in window and in-store displays.
17. Maintain a safe and clean store environment, implementing daily housekeeping duties.

1. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in luxury fashion retail.
2. Excellent product knowledge in at least one of the following: Leather goods, Shoes, Ready-to-wear, Watches, and Jewelry.

1. Strong coaching and communication abilities.
2. Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and ownership.
3. Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
4. Computer literacy.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury fashion retail industry is required.
