Louis Vuitton Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

1. Oversee the scanning, inputting, coding, and payment of all purchase invoices and staff expenses for UK, Ireland, South Africa, and Berluti UK.
2. Validate staff expenses in accordance with the travel and expense policy.
3. Reconcile intercompany monthly statements.
4. Manage payments for all local and international suppliers, staff and travel expenses, and CAPEX invoices from Store Planning.
5. Post all direct debit payments.
6. Compile the treasury report from bank statements for group reporting.
7. Prepare the Intrastat report for Ireland monthly.
8. Review creditors' aging/payment terms to ensure a 30-day average and conduct monthly supplier reconciliations.
9. Support internal and external audit requests.
10. File and administer invoices and expenses.
11. Create suppliers/employees in SAP vendor master data in compliance with Internal Control.
12. Enhance AP process efficiency and accuracy.
13. Respond to supplier requests and liaise with store managers and other departments.
14. Undertake specific missions and projects as defined by management.

1. 2-3 years of experience in a senior Accounts Payable role.
2. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
3. Strong Excel skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
7. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
