1. Welcome clients with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, providing an excellent first impression of the brand.
2. Determine client needs effectively and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel within the store.
3. Support the management team in managing and animating waiting times and client flow using digital waitlist tools.
4. Serve drinks to clients and maintain strong visual standards throughout the store.
5. Assist the sales team with wrapping and packaging.
6. Collaborate with the store team to create a seamless client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards.

1. Valid visa and work permit for Austria if not an Austrian/EU citizen.
2. Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
