1. Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their in-store experience.

3. Manage daily calendar, including client appointments and waitlists.
4. Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with the Client Experience team and store team to enhance the client journey.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $20-24.
