1. Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their in-store experience.
2. Determine clients' needs and direct them to appropriate departments and Universes.
3. Manage daily calendar, including client appointments and waitlists.
4. Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with the Client Experience team and store team to enhance the client journey.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail.

3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Strategic sales attitude and willingness to learn.
5. Passion for building genuine client relationships.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the luxury retail sector.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $20-24.
