- Consistently strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to client satisfaction, service quality, and client retention, with a focus on sales.
- Provide exceptional inbound client service via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their preferences and offering tailored recommendations.
- Take ownership of client concerns and ensure their resolution through innovative solutions, collaborating with other departments to efficiently solve issues and enhance the overall client experience.
- Ensure accurate information and follow-up are entered into the system and relevant databases, updating records as needed.
- Handle client complaints and challenging situations professionally, ensuring effective resolution while upholding Louis Vuitton's high service standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is advantageous.
- Proven sales and storytelling abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
