- Define and challenge business requirements for the SAP supply‑chain perimeter and coordinate the Squad to translate needs into deliverable solutions.
- Build and maintain the new core supply model for footwear as part of the OneManufacturing Shoes transformation.
- Arbitrate and set priorities with the Product Owner (business) for developments, releases and projects.
- Lead deployment of the new SAP solution across the manufacturing footprint and ensure alignment with Design Authorities and the Delivery Manager.
- Ensure operational integrity of inter‑application data flows; support application support teams in incident management and problem resolution.
- Supervise system resource availability and manage external vendors involved in projects and maintenance activities.
- Manage and drive international projects, maintaining a comprehensive view of operations, processes and ongoing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing IT projects within supply chain or working in an operational supply chain role with strong knowledge of procurement, planning and production scheduling.
- Proven experience with SAP implementations, specifically SAP PP and SAP SD modules.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management, project management and communication skills; ability to operate across international teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models preferred; autonomy and proven initiative required.
- Fluent English (minimum B2); French is a plus.

At least 5 years of experience delivering IT systems or projects in a supply chain context, including SAP deployments and leading cross‑functional or international projects; prior exposure to manufacturing/footwear operations is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, IT or supply‑chain discipline.
