Louis Vuitton SAP Project Manager

- Lead and animate the community of Super Users in France and internationally, including organizing bi-monthly meetings, team animations, and annual gatherings.
- Ensure the identification and training of Super Users, overseeing the implementation of SAP onboarding processes for scheduling and planning roles.
- Maintain and update training documents within the 'Louis Vuitton Standards Ateliers' SharePoint.
- Evaluate and enhance the skills of existing Super Users on the system, managing competency transitions during role changes.
- Gather and document evolution needs from scheduling communities, creating associated JIRA tickets.
- Monitor and ensure resolution of issues with the Application Management Team (TMA).
- Conduct validation tests for IT updates and corrections.
- Serve as the primary liaison with headquarters, centralizing communications for the community.
- Track the Scorecard to propose training and support for sites.
- Master all Core Models and variants related to scheduling.
- Participate in operational reviews.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, university, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in industrial sites (Manufacturing, Store, or Supply/Planning).
- Project management and internal community leadership.
- Effective communication with diverse stakeholders (Supply Managers, IT, Super Users).
- Change management skills, including overcoming resistance and supporting colleagues.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP and Anaplan.
- Expertise in scheduling within the industry.
- Proactivity and ability to propose solutions and Core Model evolutions.
- Rigor, curiosity, tenacity, determination, vision, and teamwork.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial environments, with a focus on manufacturing, store operations, or supply/planning.
Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, university, or equivalent.
