1. Lead and facilitate the community of Super Users both domestically and internationally.
2. Organize and conduct regular meetings with Super Users.
3. Actively participate in logistics routines.
4. Train identified Super Users in collaboration with site teams.
5. Monitor SAP user integration paths and update training documentation on SharePoint.
6. Continuously assess and enhance Super User competencies regarding solution developments.
7. Identify and document evolution needs through JIRA creation.
8. Collaborate closely with TMA teams to resolve technical issues.
9. Validate system updates through rigorous testing.
10. Ensure the Business Continuity Plan is operational and effective.
11. Communicate with central teams to represent community interests.
12. Track key indicators to continuously improve training for involved sites.
13. Participate in operational reviews.

1. In-depth mastery of SAP tools or similar software.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of at least one Core Model.
3. Expert knowledge in logistics, including store and flow management.
4. Proven project management experience.
5. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
7. Excellent writing skills to translate business needs into functional requirements.
8. Proactive and able to offer innovative solutions.
