Louis Vuitton SAP Key User - Logistics and Quality

- Lead the Quality community on One Manuf topics both domestically and internationally.
- Organize and conduct regular routines with quality coordinators.
- Actively participate in logistics routines.
- Train identified Quality Super Users in collaboration with sites.
- Monitor SAP user integration paths (SAP & Learn).
- Update training documentation on the 'Louis Vuitton Standards Ateliers' SharePoint.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the skills of Super Users regarding Quality solution updates.
- Identify and document evolution needs through JIRA creation.
- Collaborate closely with TMA teams to resolve technical issues.
- Validate system updates through rigorous testing.
- Ensure the Business Continuity Plan is in place and functional.
- Effectively communicate with central teams to represent community interests.
- Track key indicators to continuously improve training offered to involved sites.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP tools or similar software tailored to quality.
- Expertise in at least one Core Model.
- Expert knowledge in the quality domain (store, flow).
- Project management experience.
- Analytical and synthetic capabilities.
- Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders (Supply Managers, LV NEO team, Super Users).
- Strong writing skills to effectively translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Proactivity and ability to propose innovative solutions.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
