1. Lead the Quality community on One Manuf topics both domestically and internationally.
2. Organize and conduct regular routines with quality coordinators.
3. Actively participate in logistics routines.
4. Train identified Quality Super Users in collaboration with sites.
5. Monitor SAP user integration paths (SAP & Learn).
6. Update training documentation on the 'Louis Vuitton Standards Ateliers' SharePoint.
7. Continuously evaluate and enhance the skills of Super Users regarding Quality solution updates.
8. Identify and document evolution needs through JIRA creation.
9. Collaborate closely with TMA teams to resolve technical issues.
10. Validate system updates through rigorous testing.
11. Ensure the Business Continuity Plan is in place and functional.
12. Effectively communicate with central teams to represent community interests.
13. Track key indicators to continuously improve training offered to involved sites.

1. In-depth knowledge of SAP tools or similar software tailored to quality.
2. Expertise in at least one Core Model.
3. Expert knowledge in the quality domain (store, flow).
4. Project management experience.

1. Analytical and synthetic capabilities.
2. Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders (Supply Managers, LV NEO team, Super Users).
3. Strong writing skills to effectively translate business requirements into functional specifications.
4. Proactivity and ability to propose innovative solutions.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
