SAP Logistics and Quality Key User

Louis Vuitton, a leader in the luxury fashion industry, is committed to innovation and excellence. The company is currently in the phase of consolidating its 'One Manufacturing' system and seeks dynamic individuals to contribute to its ongoing industrial transformation.

1. Lead the Quality community on One Manufacturing topics both domestically and internationally.
2. Organize and conduct regular routines with quality leaders.
3. Actively participate in logistics routines.
4. Train identified Super Quality Representatives with the sites.
5. Monitor integration paths for SAP users.
6. Update training documentation on the 'Louis Vuitton Standards Ateliers' SharePoint.
7. Continuously evaluate and upgrade the skills of Super Representatives on Quality solution developments.
8. Identify and document evolution needs via JIRA creation.
9. Collaborate closely with TMA teams to resolve technical issues.
10. Validate system updates through rigorous testing.
11. Ensure the Business Continuity Plan is in place and functional.
12. Communicate with central teams to effectively represent community interests.
13. Track key indicators to constantly improve training offered to involved sites.

1. Deep understanding of SAP tools or similar software adapted to quality.
2. In-depth knowledge of at least one Core Model.
3. Expert knowledge in the quality domain (store, flow).
4. Project management experience.

1. Analytical and synthetic capabilities.
2. Ability to communicate with various stakeholders (Supply Managers, LV NEO team, Super Representatives).
3. Writing skills to effectively convert business needs into functional requirements.
4. Proactivity and ability to be a driving force.

Minimum 3 years of experience required.
