SAP Key User Expert - Manufacturing

1. Organize and conduct regular routines with Super Users.
2. Actively participate in manufacturing routines (SAP and business: RAC/CDF)/Cutting/Methods/Rigid/Exo.
3. Train identified Super Users with the sites.
4. Follow integration paths for SAP users (SAP & Learn).
5. Update training documentation on the 'Louis Vuitton Standards Ateliers' SharePoint.
6. Continuously evaluate and upgrade Super Users' skills on solution developments.
7. Identify and document evolution needs via JIRA creation.
8. Collaborate closely with TMA teams to resolve technical issues.
9. Validate system updates through rigorous testing.
10. Ensure the Business Continuity Plan is in place and functional.
11. Communicate with central teams to effectively represent community interests.
12. Monitor key indicators to constantly improve training offered to involved sites (Scorecard).
13. Participate in operational reviews.
14. Lead Design Workshops.
15. Master all Core Models and variants related to manufacturing (Shop Floor).

1. In-depth knowledge of SAP tools or similar software.
2. Deep understanding of at least one Core Manufacturing Model.
3. Proven project management experience.

1. Analytical and synthetic capabilities.
2. Ability to communicate with various stakeholders (Supply Managers, LV NEO team, Super Users).
3. Writing skills for effective conversion of business needs into functional requirements.
4. Proactivity and ability to propose solutions.

Minimum 3 years of experience required.
