Louis Vuitton SAP Manufacturing Key User

- Lead and coordinate regular routines with Super Users both domestically and internationally.
- Actively participate in manufacturing routines, including SAP and related domains such as RAC/CDF, Cutting, Methods, Rigid, and Exo.
- Train identified Super Users in collaboration with site teams.
- Oversee SAP user integration pathways and update training documentation on the 'Louis Vuitton Standards Ateliers' SharePoint.
- Continuously assess and enhance Super Users' skills in line with solution developments.
- Identify and document evolution needs through JIRA creation.
- Collaborate closely with TMA teams to resolve technical issues.
- Validate system updates through rigorous testing.
- Ensure the Business Continuity Plan is operational and effective.
- Communicate with central teams to represent community interests.
- Monitor key indicators to continuously improve site training offerings.
- Participate in operational reviews and design workshops.
- Master all Core Models and variants related to manufacturing (Shop Floor).
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including Supply Managers, LV NEO team, and Super Users.
- Excellent writing skills for converting business needs into functional requirements.
- Proactive and able to propose innovative solutions.
- Deep knowledge of SAP tools or similar software.
- In-depth understanding of at least one manufacturing Core Model.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
