- Adopt a strategic approach to develop top clients through various high-end and ready-to-wear categories.
- Manage the invitation list for all international and regional events.
- Develop privileged and strategic partnerships with selected hotels, restaurants, and banks to ensure continuous growth of the client database.
- Drive new potential clients through weekly and/or monthly events to maximize the salon's utilization rate.
- Collaborate with Client Development, Communications, and Merchandising teams to align VIC strategy.
- Manage and oversee client gifting strategies in collaboration with the Client Development Manager.
- Provide insights on VIC trends and client feedback to influence retail team service delivery.
- Monitor client profile growth, behavior, and segmentation to identify opportunities for further engagement.
- Support the team in providing targeted and effective client outreach.
- Deliver training on clienteling topics to ensure alignment with business goals and client needs.
- Provide data-driven analysis and feedback on clientele performance, creating action plans to drive results.
- Partner with client advisors, stylists, and store teams to enhance VIC conversion and retention.
- Stay informed on competitor activities, adapting strategies to maintain relevance and growth.
- Collaborate with the Product Category Expert to activate in-store experiences tailored to high-value clients.
- Proven experience in retail management, client development, or related roles within a luxury or high-end brand environment.
- Strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury retail industry.
- Understanding of clienteling strategies, CRM, and digital tools such as ICON and Journey.
- Experience with high-end clientele, including managing top client lists and delivering tailored experiences.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and accountability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for action plans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Minimum of 5 years in retail management, client development, or related roles within a luxury or high-end brand environment.
