1. Develop the commercial activity of the Fine Jewelry division and manage the associated budget.
2. Lead product launches and support the growth of existing collections through the creation and implementation of ambitious and innovative action plans.
3. Manage in-store offerings and the associated distribution network in coordination with Supply Chain and Store Planning teams.
4. Motivate and support regional Merchandising teams to achieve set objectives.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience in collaboration with central teams such as Architecture, Visual Merchandising, CRM, Clienteling, and Learning.
6. Organize the Jewelry showroom in collaboration with the Marketing team.

1. Degree from a business school or equivalent; a gemology diploma is a plus.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (Merchandising, Operational Marketing, etc.).
3. Experience in the jewelry sector, internationally and/or in retail, is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical skills.

1. Fluency in French and English.
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Team-oriented with the ability to interact with various stakeholders both centrally and regionally.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the jewelry sector, with international and/or retail exposure.

Degree from a business school or equivalent; a gemology diploma is a plus.
