- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering Louis Vuitton’s service standards and welcoming each client with impeccable professionalism.
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client outreach, personalised clienteling and conversion of opportunities.
- Lead by example in sales technique and client relationship management, utilising CRM tools to nurture existing clients and identify new prospects.
- Maintain comprehensive product and brand knowledge across ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear and watches to provide authoritative advice.
- Support store operations and management: floor organisation, inventory control, opening/closing procedures and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Assist store management with employee development initiatives, including mentoring, on-the-job coaching and induction of new hires.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton’s grooming and conduct standards and provide actionable commercial feedback to the merchandise team on product performance, quality and local market trends.
- Deliver after-sales service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the full post-purchase experience.
- Full-time tertiary diploma (associate degree) or higher.
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail or a customer-facing service sector; boutique leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Background in ready-to-wear, footwear or watches is an advantage.
- Demonstrable commercial drive, proactive sales mindset and refined clienteling skills.
- High sense of responsibility, ownership and professional integrity.
- Standard Mandarin required; conversational English is preferred.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or related customer service roles, with preference for candidates who have held supervisory responsibilities and who possess product experience in apparel, shoes or watches.
Full-time tertiary diploma (associate degree) or higher.
