1. Full-time college degree or higher.
2. Over three years of experience in luxury retail or related service industries.
3. Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, and watches is preferred.
4. Proactive sales mindset and service skills.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin; basic English skills are advantageous.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
