1. Prepare and reconcile Freestanding and Lease Department Store accounts.
2. Investigate tender variances and escalate issues to the local IT department.
3. Execute monthly closing procedures, including journal entries preparation.
4. Perform General Ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
5. Manage SAP account aging and clearing processes.
6. Apply intercompany payments in accordance with established procedures.
7. Conduct receivable and fee analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
8. Invoice internal and external customers accurately and efficiently.
9. Provide comprehensive audit documentation for financial reviews.
10. File and submit evidence for chargeback claims.
11. Generate ad hoc reports and contribute to special projects.

1. 2+ years of relevant experience in finance.
2. Proficiency in Excel and SAP.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, demonstrating strong quantitative and analytical skills.

The position offers an hourly rate ranging from USD $29-$32, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
