- Prepare and reconcile Freestanding and Lease Department Store accounts.
- Investigate tender variances, escalating issues to the local IT department through ticket submission.
- Execute monthly closing procedures, including the preparation of journal entries.
- Perform General Ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Manage SAP account aging and clearing processes.
- Apply intercompany payments in accordance with established procedures.
- Conduct receivable and fee analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Invoice both internal and external customers accurately and efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive audit documentation to support financial reviews.
- File and submit necessary evidence for chargeback claims.
- Generate ad hoc reports and contribute to special projects as required.
- 2+ years of relevant experience within finance.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Deadline-oriented.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role, demonstrating strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
