1. Prepare and reconcile Freestanding and Lease Department Store accounts.
2. Investigate tender variances, escalating issues to the local IT department through ticket submission.
3. Execute monthly closing procedures, including the preparation of journal entries.
4. Perform General Ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
5. Manage SAP account aging and clearing processes.
6. Apply intercompany payments in accordance with established procedures.
7. Conduct receivable and fee analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
8. Invoice both internal and external customers accurately and efficiently.
9. Provide comprehensive audit documentation to support financial reviews.
10. File and submit necessary evidence for chargeback claims.
11. Generate ad hoc reports and contribute to special projects as required.

1. 2+ years of relevant experience within finance.

3. Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
4. Deadline-oriented.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role, demonstrating strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
