1. Prepare and reconcile Freestanding and Lease Department Store accounts.
2. Investigate tender variances and escalate issues to the IT department through ticket submission.
3. Execute monthly closing procedures, including the preparation of journal entries.
4. Perform General Ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
5. Manage SAP account aging and clearing processes.
6. Apply intercompany payments in accordance with established procedures.
7. Conduct receivable and fee analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
8. Invoice both internal and external customers accurately and efficiently.
9. Provide comprehensive audit documentation to support financial reviews.
10. File and submit necessary evidence for chargeback claims.
11. Generate ad hoc reports and contribute to special projects as required.

1. 2+ years of relevant experience within finance.
2. Proven strong quantitative and analytical skills.
3. Attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
4. Proficiency in Excel and SAP.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, with a focus on sales audit and reconciliation processes.

Hourly wage ranging from USD $29-$32, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
