1. Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects the Maison’s values and heritage at every touchpoint.
2. Engage clients proactively to identify needs, present products persuasively and close sales to achieve and exceed individual and store targets.
3. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing clienteling, follow-up and tailored service.
4. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients authoritatively.
5. Contribute to boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards to ensure a pristine, brand-consistent environment.
6. Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and point-of-sale procedures.

Entry-level — no prior professional experience required; enthusiasm for luxury retail and client service is essential. Training will be provided as part of the onboarding program.
