Responsibilities
- Issue invoices
- Verify proformas
- Manage client relations, including handling disputes and urgent matters
- Ensure transporters have all necessary documents for delivery
- Manage the return of materials from workshops
- Handle complex processes
- Facilitate document flow
- Act as the main contact for workshops to resolve issues
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac +2 level education
- Experience in Supply Chain within the industry in a similar role
Skills
- Effective oral and written communication in French and English
- Ability to plan and organize work efficiently

- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and telephone systems
