1. Issue invoices and verify proformas.
2. Act as the primary interface with client sites, managing disputes and urgent matters.
3. Ensure transporters have all necessary documentation for client deliveries.
4. Manage the return of materials from workshops.
5. Oversee client relationships and adapt to evolving expectations.
6. Handle complex processes and facilitate document flow.
7. Serve as the main contact for workshops to resolve issues.

1. Minimum Bac +2 level education.
2. Experience in supply chain within the industry in a similar role.

1. Effective oral and written communication in French and English.
2. Ability to plan and organize work efficiently, meeting deadlines and priorities.
3. Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
4. Strong customer service orientation and professionalism in client interactions.
5. Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and general IT tools.
6. Adaptability to new ideas and methods, with a flexible approach to unforeseen situations.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar supply chain role within the industry.

Minimum Bac +2 level education.
