- Coordinate, consolidate, and analyze annual RSE reports focusing on social aspects aligned with the 'Our Committed Journey' strategy.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on innovative diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Contribute to the operational management of internal awareness and skill-building projects, including training deployment and goal monitoring.
- Animate existing community partnerships, manage indicators, and share best practices among RSE correspondents.
- Identify new relevant partnerships for Louis Vuitton.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal communication strategies on RSE topics, including digital tools, communication materials, and events.
- Organize employee engagement events on RSE topics, such as solidarity races.
- Research and identify innovative and experiential communication solutions on RSE topics.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or equivalent with a specialization in social/societal RSE.
- Previous experience in the field is preferred.
- Recognized for rigor, autonomy, synthesis skills, initiative-taking, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable with multi-stakeholder interactions.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Creative and proactive in continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates will have some initial exposure to the field of social RSE, though beginners are welcome to apply.
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
