1. Ensure a seamless experience for participants attending training events in Paris.
2. Assist in the planning, internal marketing, and management of training events and webinars.
3. Organize visas, hotel, and restaurant bookings.
4. Aid in the production of educational materials.
5. Coordinate with facilitators and internal guests.
6. Promote a concierge mindset and manage live streaming of internal social media feeds.
