- Lead and implement strategic Retail Excellence projects to enhance operational performance and client experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Retail Operations, Client Development, Finance, and IT to drive impactful initiatives.
- Ensure efficient and compliant store operations, including POS system management, stock accuracy, and after-care service standards.
- Identify and disseminate operational best practices across the store network to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Drive client feedback initiatives to enhance the client journey and foster a client-centric culture.
- Develop clienteling capabilities in retail teams and work with Client Development to grow high-value client segments.
- Monitor and report on retail KPIs and manage commission processes accurately.

- Stay informed on industry trends to incorporate innovative practices that enhance efficiency and performance.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Operational excellence in optimizing retail operations.
