1. Lead and implement strategic Retail Excellence projects to enhance operational performance and client experience.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Retail Operations, Client Development, Finance, and IT to drive impactful initiatives.
3. Ensure efficient and compliant store operations, including POS system management, stock accuracy, and after-care service standards.
4. Identify and disseminate operational best practices across the store network to ensure consistency and excellence.
5. Drive client feedback initiatives to enhance the client journey and foster a client-centric culture.
6. Develop clienteling capabilities in retail teams and work with Client Development to grow high-value client segments.
7. Monitor and report on retail KPIs and manage commission processes accurately.
8. Champion change management by introducing new technologies and process improvements.
9. Stay informed on industry trends to incorporate innovative practices that enhance efficiency and performance.
