1. Manage the SAP function, including vendor payments and invoice processing.
2. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, stores, and finance corporate partners.
3. Provide administrative support for the regional office, including calendar management and travel arrangements for the Regional Vice President.
4. Assist with regional projects, initiatives, and events, including store renovations and openings.
5. Support the Sr. Regional Operations Manager on operational objectives and ensure stores are within budget.
6. Monitor and maintain the office facility, manage mail, and liaise with property management.

1. Proven experience (2-3 years) in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis.

1. Advanced proficiency in computer systems and software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
3. Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and support store needs, including occasional travel and flexible scheduling.

2-3 years of experience in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $30 - $37, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
