1. Manage the SAP function, including creating vendor payments and processing invoices.
2. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, stores, and Louis Vuitton finance corporate partners.
3. Oversee administrative responsibilities for the regional office.
4. Support the Regional Vice President with calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, and special projects.
5. Assist with regional projects, initiatives, and events.
6. Support the organization and execution of operational projects such as store renovations, store openings, and inventory initiatives.
7. Collaborate with the Sr. Regional Operations Manager on operational objectives.
8. Work with the operations team to ensure stores are within budget and manage expenses.
9. Monitor and maintain the office facility, ensuring a clean and functional workspace.
10. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain communication with property management.

1. Proven experience (2-3 years) in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis.

1. Advanced proficiency in computer systems and software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
3. Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and support store needs, including occasional travel and flexible scheduling.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis.
