1. Manage the SAP function, including vendor payments and invoice processing.
2. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, stores, and corporate finance partners.
3. Oversee administrative responsibilities for the regional office.
4. Support the Regional Vice President with calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, and special projects.
5. Assist with regional projects, initiatives, and events, including store renovations and openings.
6. Support the Sr. Regional Operations Manager on operational objectives.
7. Ensure stores operate within budget and manage expenses.
8. Monitor and maintain the office facility, ensuring a clean and functional workspace.
9. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain communication with property management.

1. Proven experience (2-3 years) in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
3. Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and support store needs.

Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields such as retail, operations, or finance.
