1. Manage the SAP function, including vendor payments and invoice processing.
2. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, stores, and finance partners.
3. Provide administrative support for the regional office, including calendar management and travel arrangements for the Regional Vice President.
4. Assist with regional projects, initiatives, and events, including store renovations and openings.
5. Support the Director of Operations on operational objectives and budget management.
6. Monitor and maintain office facilities, ensuring a clean and functional workspace.
7. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and liaise with property management.

1. Proven experience (2-3 years) in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
3. Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and support store needs.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis.

Hourly rate within the range of USD $30-$40.
