1. Oversee Point of Sale (POS) activities using Oracle XStore, collaborating with partners and stakeholders to define needs and solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
2. Lead the major initiative of upgrading the POS system to a SaaS model, managing all phases from planning and development to implementation and post-launch support.
3. Manage squads, including four internal teams, and collaborate with offshore development teams, providing clear direction and fostering strong communication.
4. Structure and ensure support for activities across the global store network.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the retail technology landscape.

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized institution.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing retail solutions.

1. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills within agile organizations.
2. Solid understanding of POS systems and store operations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact within a vast ecosystem (management, business, product teams).
4. Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
5. Proficiency in Oracle solutions, particularly XStore, is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail solutions management, with a preference for experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
