1. Oversee Point of Sale (POS) activities using Oracle XStore, collaborating with partners and stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives.
2. Lead the major initiative of upgrading the POS system to a SaaS model, managing all phases from planning to post-launch support.
3. Manage squads, including four internal teams, and collaborate with offshore development teams, ensuring clear direction and effective communication.
4. Provide structured support across the global retail network.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the retail technology landscape.

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized engineering school or equivalent university.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing retail solutions.

1. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in agile organizations.
2. Solid understanding of POS systems and retail operations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with a broad ecosystem.
4. Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
5. Proficiency in Oracle solutions, particularly XStore, is advantageous.

Minimum 10 years of experience in retail solutions management, preferably within a luxury or high-end retail environment.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
